Privacy
Shopdrop is a drop-in store that merchants add to their own sites. This note says what we collect, why, where it lives, and how to have it removed. It is written plainly and is not legal advice.
What we collect
When you buy something: your email and the shipping address you enter, plus the items in your order. We need these to charge the order and ship it.
When you open a store (merchants): your email, your store details, and a sign-in session. Sign-in uses a one-time code, not a password we store.
Payments
Card and Bitcoin payments are handled by our payment processors (Stripe for cards, Strike for Bitcoin). We never see or store your card number. The processor takes the payment details directly and tells us only whether the order was paid.
What we do with it
We use your details to complete and ship your order and to run the merchant's store. We do not sell your data. We do not run ad trackers or third-party pixels.
Where it lives
Orders and store data are stored in Cloudflare (our host). Payment details live with the processor, never with us. A sign-in session is a token in your browser, the only cookie-like thing here.
Your controls
Want your account or order details removed? Email falfasbrock@gmail.com from the address you used and it is gone within 7 days, except records we must keep for tax or fraud reasons.
Children
Shopdrop is for adults making purchases. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
